I’m selling my Guide M4 IR camera due to an upgrade. The camera has done quite a few inspections without a hitch. If you’ve been looking for a cheap, low cost and sensible option to get yourself started, then this camera could be for you. You can take it and use it right away.
Comes with two batteries (about 5 hours of imaging time total), carry case, charger, thermal imaging software and everything that came with it originally.
The original buy price was $12,000 … so this is a very fair deal considering it works exactly the same as it did when I purchased it! This camera has been used all over NZ for residential homes right through to commercial electrical imaging for public companies… don’t let the size fool you!
I’ve tried bigger infrared cameras then this, and the problem with large ones is getting a good visual behind perspex covers in electrical switchboards that can’t be removed. With this M4 thermal camera, you can get the lens up underneath, whist still viewing the screen. This can be used for just about every type of IR application providing you use the correct distance to target ratio (easy done).
If you are looking for second hand thermal imaging infrared cameras in NZ, you won’t find a better deal then this.
